Thank you for contacting me regarding the quotation for the new Inspired Angling website.

My costs will cover the following:

• Design and build of the website
• Hosting your website on a VPS server
• All software licenses for the ecommerce and page builder software
• a secure/SSL experience for the user
• a build with mobile users in mind

The site will be built in WordPress with Elementor Pro, using JetEngine, Dynamic.ooo and Woocommerce, amongst others where required. All plugins will be fully licensed and kept up to date. Licenses are with me and I will absorb the yearly cost for each. An email SMTP server is also provided so messages can be sent from the site (eg from contact forms and order processing) and will be covered by a DKIM and SPF record to provide best deliverability.

The site will be built so it will be fully compatible on desktop, tablet and mobile phones. The site will be tested on these devices during the build and will be comfortable to use on smaller screens.

Security software will be put in place to ensure the site is protected from malware and brute force attacks. I will be notified if the site goes down for any reason. Generally, sites can come back up within a few minutes. If the site has gone down due to a staff error or software failure, they will be fixed within the hour during the day.

Backups of the site will be taken weekly and backed up on an external server, so if the server goes down, the site can be recovered from the backup.

Google Analytics and Yoast SEO with initial page setup and submission to Google. This also includes Robots.txt files and sitemaps. I can also set up Google webmaster tools to manage SEO. While basic SEO setup is offered, I’m unable to offer a full fledged SEO support – so an external company may need sourcing to manage this alongside socials.

An admin area will be available for your staff to be able to administer orders and products. I can lock down areas of the admin so certain members of staff are unable to access development areas of the backend.

After the site goes live, minor updates/changes are generally done free of charge. Any major updates such as new pages, forms and so on, will be quoted on separately.

No payment is required until the site is complete, but the final invoice will need settling within 30 days of the site going live.

As the site is being developed, updates will be continually shared.

Hosting: £129 per year
SSL Certificate: £59 per year

Website build including all licenses and admin areas: £14,500
